About Rroaming Paws Foundation
At Rroaming Paws Foundation, we are dedicated to giving dogs, cats, birds, cows and other animals a safer and healthier life. Our work focuses on three key areas for stray dogs and cats is to provide Sterilisation, Vaccination, and Shelter homes. By carrying out sterilisation drives, we help control the growing stray population humanely. Sterilisation is our main focus area and we put our utmost effort in this direction. We believe if we could achieve the desired goal in this area a lot can be changed for them. Through regular vaccinations, we protect animals from preventable diseases and promote healthier communities. Our initiative to connect stray animals with their respective shelter homes is to provide comfort, medical care, and a second chance to those who have been abandoned or abused.
We believe that lasting change begins with compassion and awareness. By working closely with communities, volunteers, and animal lovers, we aim to create a future where every dog and cat is cared for, protected, and given the chance to live with dignity in a forever home.
Our Work
Our initiatives are built around four strong pillars of animal welfare and ecological responsibility:
Animal Birth Control (ABC) & Community Care
We conduct sterilization drives under the Animal Birth Control (ABC) Rules, 2023, focusing on community dogs and cats. By managing population growth humanely, we reduce suffering, prevent conflict, and build safer, healthier environments for both animals and people.
Vaccination & Disease Prevention
Through anti-rabies and preventive vaccination campaigns, we work towards a Rabies-Free India. Every vaccinated animal contributes to a stronger, safer community and a future free from fear and infection.
Rescue, Rehabilitation & Shelter Support
We actively rescue and rehabilitate injured, abandoned, and distressed animals — from community dogs and cattle to birds and wild species. By partnering with recognized shelters, veterinary facilities, and forest departments, we ensure every rescued life receives proper treatment, protection, and dignity.
Wildlife Conservation & Coexistence
Our efforts extend beyond urban boundaries. We promote wildlife conservation, habitat protection, and awareness programs that encourage peaceful coexistence between humans and wild species. We believe that India’s rich biodiversity is not just a heritage — it is a shared responsibility.
